Greg Rushin
Greg Rushin grew up in small-town USA, where he learned the value of hard work and dedication. After the sudden loss of his father at 17, Greg stayed rooted in his community, channeling his passion for dirt bikes and snowmobiles into a successful career in the powersports industry. He quickly rose from a top salesperson to lead a thriving dealership, eventually taking on a significant corporate management role with a major manufacturer. In his early 30s, Greg discovered the transformative power of Personal Development, which fueled his journey as a real estate entrepreneur, Certified Life Coach, and founder of Rush-In Motivation. Today, Greg is dedicated to helping others achieve their dreams, drawing on his extensive experience in powersports and personal growth.
Off-Road RJay
From a young age, Off-Road RJay understood the value of hard work. After his father left when he was four, RJay’s mother worked tirelessly to support him. At seven, RJay began working at his grandfather’s auto auction house, where he was first introduced to the world of sales. After a successful but unfulfilling career in manufacturing, RJay was offered a sales position by Greg Rushin. Despite no prior experience, he quickly excelled, becoming Salesman of the Month 121 times in 126 months. Now, RJay is passionate about teaching other salespeople to close more deals, build their personal brands, and provide customers with a unique purchase experience.
